We were retained in mid-season 2012 to develop a strategy to quickly improve the aesthetics of a high-profile area of the Courtyard. The owners were concerned that the views from within the building and from their outdoor plaza lacked vibrance and tidiness. The existing buffalograss lawn was difficult to establish and finally healthy due to focused attention by The Land Mechanic in years prior.
